Fitness Orientation Workshop - "Setting the Path for Fitness Success"
This is the place to start! You will join us in the 90 minute small group foundational workshop - "Setting the Path for Success." Before trying any other fitness "alternative", go to this seminar and learn the basic truths about taking control of your body! You will learn how to properly and safely start an exercise program, how to increase your metabolism, supportive eating for fat loss, and how to increase muscle tone. Fired Up! 16 Week Complete Fitness Transformation
Join us for this 16 Week journey towards a new you! This program is taught in a group format. You will come to understand your metabolism, healthy eating, and result oriented exercise. Pilates and Gyrotonic Instruction
The Pilates Method, originally known as Contrology, was devised by Joseph Pilates more than 80 years ago. Pilates' work was designed to strengthen and tone the muscles of the body, improve flexibility, unite the body and mind and correct postural issues.
Gyrotonic instruction is a unique form of exercise created by Juliu Horvath. It is a method of movement based upon the principles of yoga, tai-chi, swimming, ballet, and gymnastics.
Catalyst Fitness houses Northeast Indiana's only fully equipped and certified Pilates and Gyrotonic center. We offer 1-on-1, small group, and group Pilates classes.
